Who We Are

Susan O’Neill & Associates was originally conceived under the name O’Neill & Fleming. The original firm was a partnership between Susan O’Neill and Anne Fleming and was established in 1984 as a fundraising and special events firm. In 1991, Anne Fleming retired from the firm and Susan O’Neill & Associates was formed.  Since the firm’s inception, Susan O’Neill has worked with scores of corporations, associations and charities producing events in Washington, DC; Boston; New York City and beyond.

As a Special Events firm with nearly three decades of experience in special events and the political world, we have established relationships with the best vendors throughout the Washington, DC  area. More importantly, our firm has established relationships with the who’s who of Washington enabling us to assist you in hosting the most memorable and productive conference, meeting, reception, dinner or gala.

As a Fundraising firm, we are renowned for our fundraising contacts and the ability to solicit corporations and individuals for support.  In representing non-profit clients, we strive to provide the most effective fundraising plan and have raised millions of dollars each year for our clients.
