The Day After Tomorrow
Film Premiere
May 19, 2004 at the Ronald Regan International Trade Center
The Day After Tomorrow features Dennis Quaid and Jake Gyllenhaal. After the world's climate abruptly begins a rapid descent into another Ice Age, Quaid, a climatologist, struggles to figure out how to prevent the destruction of the world as we know it, while maintaining contact with his son (Gyllenhaal) who is stranded in Manhattan.
Susan O'Neill & Associates produced the Washington, DC film premiere. Since the film centers around a drastic climate change, the reception before the film centered around the present climate. When guests left the theatre, they entered an Ice Age wonderland complete with snow.
The reception before the premiere . . . and before the next Ice Age hit!
Guests enjoy the Statue of Liberty replica.
With the threat of an imminent Ice Age on their minds, guests re-entered the reception area after the premiere and were greeted with a snowy scene.
